Return and Refund Policy:
Returns: At Bird Duniya, we do not accept returns for our products. Due to the nature of our items, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Cancellation: Once a product has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated. We kindly ask that you carefully review your order before making a purchase.
Replacement Policy: In the event that a product is damaged during transit, we offer a replacement policy. However, to initiate a claim for a replacement, it is mandatory to provide an unboxing video while opening the parcel. the replaced product will be delivered within 10 days to a customer.
Claim Submission: To initiate a claim, you must share the unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will not entertain any damage or replacement claims without a valid unboxing video.
Mandatory Claim Requirement: The unboxing video is a mandatory requirement for any type of claim. It serves as evidence of the condition of the product upon delivery.
Exclusions: Please note that small chips or scratches, which may occur due to the handmade nature of our products, will not be considered as damage eligible for a claim or replacement.
Packaging and Safety: We take utmost care to deliver our products with hard packaging and ensure their safety during transit. However, in rare cases where damage occurs, we are committed to resolving the issue through our replacement policy.
